Lula, como você, sou filho da pobreza
“The mother’s absence at the table” was one of the letters read to Lula at the launch of the book “Querido Lula” (Dear Lula), published by Boitempo Editorial. The reading was done by the author himself, Lucas Ribeiro: “Thank you, Lula, for existing and proving that a lathe operator and a woman, I mean, Dilma Rousseff, can indeed get there and do things differently. This motivates us to fight. The seeds you planted are like potato vines in the soil; once planted, we can never eliminate them.”
