Jeetu Patel, Cisco EVP and General Manager of Security and Collaboration, will take the stage for three engaging segments. The first is a deep dive with Dhingra and Chris Rowen, VP of Engineering for Webex Collaboration AI. The second is a fireside chat with Cisco’s Chief Information Officer, Fletcher Previn, to discuss how we leverage our technology to advance our mission and support our people and customers. The third is a moderated panel of customer speakers from The Walt Disney Studios, Smartsheet, Under Armour, and Walmart, exploring the intersections of hybrid work and employee and customer experiences. Then, Arianna Huffington, Founder and CEO of Thrive Global, and Cisco’s Lorrissa Horton and Aruna Ravichandran take the stage to talk about technology’s role in addressing stress and burnout management for contact center agents using AI to continually pulse-check their well-being.
