From the airport, I took a ferry to Male, where I met my friend Appe. The next morning, we hopped on a super cheap ferry (just $0.50 for two tickets!) to Villingili, also known as Villimalé. This eco-friendly island is peaceful and unique, with only electric vehicles like bikes and buses. What blew me away was the sea life—within minutes, I saw turtles, vibrant fish, and mantas! 🐢🐠 After roaming the island and soaking in the views, we wrapped up our trip with a delicious local snack, spicy and tuna-filled—an incredible day in paradise!
