So, we had a heart to heart and I explained to my sellers I was fighting for them to hold onto their cash buyer on their condo because condos in their complex were falling out of contract due to low appraisals and other condos in the area were falling out of contract due to issues with the HOA financials and not being able to obtain final loan approval. I was fighting for them to make some repairs their buyer had asked for because their buyer is a cash buyer and avoids much of the issues others are experiencing.
