Electrolux ErgoRapido Battery Replacement? No, thanks, EERC is cheaper…

In this video I repair an Electrolux ErgoRapido EER7GREEN cordless vacuum cleaner. The vacuum had battery issues, so I first disassemble the handheld unit and measure the battery pack voltage. The measurement indicates that one of the cells is likely faulty, which is a common problem with older battery packs. Instead of replacing the battery cells, we decided to replace the entire handheld unit (motor + electronics + battery). Considering the age of the vacuum (2017), this was the more reliable and cost-effective solution. The replacement unit comes from the Electrolux EERC model, which is compatible and available at a good price. After the replacement, the vacuum works like new again.
