But the OG of them all is Hotel Fishland that opened in 1982. The fare here espouses a simple philosophy - fresh seafood sourced daily cooked to a limited number of preparations in the GSB Konkani style. And it's an ethos that seems to have found favour with fish lovers given its popularity even today, 43 years from when they first opened doors.
