Болевые на пальцы / Fingers joint locks (English subtitles)

Finger locks are a common practice when an opponent has spread their fingers and/or is attempting to grab you. Any woman can perform them (as a woman's hand is stronger than a man's). Conversely, finger locks can be used against an aggressive woman who has begun to use force. Finger locks are easy to learn, performed quickly, and always take the opponent by surprise. When applied carefully, they leave no marks or injuries. They can be used to bring a person of any size to their knees. Finger locks are prohibited in all forms of wrestling and MMA. This is a very effective technique because no one does it—99% of people in the gym work out in boxing mittens. It's rare that you can practice the technique on yourself without attracting the attention of paramedics. Finger joint manipulation techniques are effective when the opponent spreads their fingers or attempts to grab the defender's clothing. Finger control skills are simple to acquire, executed with minimal effort, and typically catch the opponent off guard. When applied correctly and with controlled pressure, these techniques do not leave visible marks or cause lasting injury. They are capable of forcing an opponent of any body type to the ground and can be effectively performed by women, as the strength of the human hand generally exceeds that of the fingers.
