今年菜园里种了很多的莴笋菜，莴笋菜有很多不同的品种，我种的品种其实是油麦菜，A菜，更加适合采摘叶子来吃，这种莴笋菜叶比较细长，叶尾成尖形，纯绿色，不苦，在比较嫩的时候可以用来做沙拉，但是稍微老了之后适合用来炒菜，或者做成梅干菜。 莴笋生长的后期需要摘掉底部的叶子给莴笋通风，同时让莴笋更加好的专注给予根茎生长，而不是叶子。采摘了很多的叶子，用这些叶子做成了梅干菜，顺便炒了一盘油麦菜（莴笋叶）。 炒菜制作很简单，制作梅干菜遵循了三蒸三晒的原则，太阳晒干三次，每次晒干之后收回再蒸熟，蒸完之后再次晒干，重复三次就制作完成了
