Houston's Largest Community New Model Home Park Tour! Model Home Tour Showdown - Bridgeland Part 2 In this video we continue from last week's episode focusing on Houston's current largest community that is still building here at Bridgeland in Cypress, TX! Soon to be home of the newest practice facility of the Houston Texans Football Team! In the first Bridgeland tour video we focused on Bridgeland Central and the Townhome style single family homes they are offering along with explaining in depth what the Bridgeland community is all about and what all it has to offer from the many amenities, the location, and what all is coming as it still has a very long runway of building. So in this video naturally we picked up where we left off and did a model home park tour to demonstrate what all is going on here now. In fact everything is so new, we only had a couple homes to show, so you will have to tune in for the next one where we will come back out and finish with some more featured models after they get them all up and running. Everything is so recent with these models, that they are running off of generators currently. Given that the two models that were available to tour were both some of the top builders for energy efficiency, we went ahead and decided to have a battle for the top two builders that have the best energy efficiency homes in the U.S. which is David Weekley and Beazer. Both tout some of the best Hers ratings and go above and beyond to ensure their homes are top quality and energy efficient and in this video we show both and compare the two for each has a few things featured the other does not. As we tour these model homes in the latest Bridgeland model home park we reiterate that we will be back for more, but we just had to feature what was currently up and running and first to finish their model homes in this brand new village of The Bridgelands. Bridgeland is developed by the same developer, Howard Hughes, that developed the number one community and currently largest called the Woodlands. The Woodlands continues to rank one of the top places to live and raise your family in the United states, and so we thought it would be a great opportunity to break this community tour into a two part series showing off everything this developer has to offer and what makes them so special. Bridgeland is currently set to outpace the Woodlands in size and eventually when its done likely take its number one spot in size and places to live as it continues to grow and prosper in the North houston Cypress areas.
