In this video, I demonstrate how to prepare a notice pursuant to Article 543, paragraph 5 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, i.e., the notice of registration of a third-party seizure, which must be served on both the debtor and the seized third parties. Once the notification has been made via certified email (PEC) pursuant to Law No. 53 of 1994 (and also via UNEP if the debtor does not have a certified email address), I also demonstrate the electronic filing with SLpct of the certified email receipts of notification as well as the document served by the judicial officer.
