The Eighth Wars: Initiation

We start the first of my tournaments to be fully filmed by introducing our newest robots. They fight each other and veteran all-stars to truly prove their worth, the worst of them needing to qualify in qualifying matches for the real eighth wars. The 8 new robots are, from left to right in the thumbnail: Tremor, based on Shockwave from Series 8 of Robot Wars, made from a DUCK! toy 3taBix, an original creation made from a Weetabix box. The 3rd iteration, being a nearly full redesign with a new weapon Ethel, an original creation made from suggestion by my Aunt, a modified version of the Blacksmith toy Waddledee Mini, based off of Waddledee Meta from ‪@Davidofsmeg‬ 's Lego Wars. Warbird X, adapted from ‪@KhaoticRobotics‬ 's Robot Mayhem Mad Catter from Battlebots, made from a Witch Doctor toy Endgame from Battlebots, made from a Biteforce toy Pants, based on a robot from the same name from the antweight tournaments in the original run of Robot Wars. They can't be left alone to their devices, so fan-favourite veteran robots like 2 Jeff 2 Ordinary (now more Pink), DUCK!, Hypershock and Whiplash are here to cut them down to size, sometimes literally. The Eighth Wars will have 10 Heats, 2 Semi-Finals and the Grand Final, with videos aiming to come out on consecutive Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. #hexbugbattlebots #robotcombat #robotwars
