The TyMad Returns! | The RC Buggy We Started Building Back in 2017 Gets a Fresh New Look! What started as an idea back in 2017 has turned into one of the most unique custom RC builds on the channel! In today's video, we're taking a look back at the original TyMad project—a custom cross-build that combines the legendary Arrma Typhon platform with the Team Associated Nomad DB8 roll cage to create a one-of-a-kind desert buggy. Over the years, this project has evolved with countless upgrades, improvements, and modifications, but we're still not finished! Today, we're giving the TyMad a fresh new paint scheme that really brings this custom build back to life. Once the new body is complete, we take it out for a rip on 3S power to see how it performs after all these years. This build has been a labor of love, and there's still more planned for the future. THE MOST ASKED QUESTION ON THE CHANNEL "Where do you get the ramps from?" They were purchased from Toys R Us over 8 years ago. They are Ten Eighty Skate Ramps – Kryptonics Edition. The set came with two launch ramps and a tabletop section.
