How to fix a BAITCASTER (30 YEAR old Ryobi V-Mag 3 Restoration)

Have you ever heard of a Ryobi V-Mag 3 baitcaster? Are you trying to fix or restore an old school baitcaster of your own? I had not heard of this particular reel until my old man raised it from its dusty tomb. I wanted to completely disassemble this reel to see if I could get it up and running again. The thing would barely turn and had 30 year old grease, grime, dirt, and who knows what else inside of it.   I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get this thing back together after I stripped everything off of it.
