Lluvias vuelven a colapsar la CDMX; Chertorivsky cuestionan inversión millonaria en CDMX

Heavy rains in Mexico City once again caused severe flooding on major roads such as Calzada Ignacio Zaragoza, the Santa Marta bus terminal, and the La Concordia interchange, as well as disruptions to Metro Line A and damage to homes in the Ermita Zaragoza neighborhood. Following these events, Salomón Chertorivski, president of the Citizen's Movement Advisory Council, announced that he filed a complaint with the Mexico City Comptroller's Office requesting an investigation into the 3.3 billion pesos that, according to the city government, were allocated to 318 projects to mitigate flooding before the rainy season. Chertorivski stated that if the funds were spent, the projects failed to produce results, and if they were not carried out, the whereabouts of the public money must be clarified.
