My Opponent Missed Mate in 2... (Day 17)
Day 17 of my Road to 2000 on Chess.com. I spent most of this game down a pawn and trying to stay in the fight. It definitely wasn't an easy position to play, and I had to keep looking for opportunities. Eventually, I managed to create a mating threat, and my opponent missed a forced mate in 2 that was hiding in the position. That moment completely changed the game and led to one of the most satisfying wins of the series so far. The Road to 2000 continues.
