(WR) Passive Panga% in 10:58 - FIRST SUB 11!!!

After the rather intense grind that was FF3: Speedrun, I decided to go for something a lot more reasonable for me this time. Although it only took me about a week or so, I'm really happy to have implemented a new higher standard in Passive Panga%, and to break the minute barrier even though it wasn't obvious how possible that would be.
