On the sixtieth anniversary of Antonio Muñoz Molina's birth and the thirtieth anniversary of the publication of Beatus Ille and the twenty-fifth anniversary of *El jinete polaco*, the author speaks with Manuel Rodríguez Rivero. Manuel Rodríguez Rivero is an editor, writer, and cultural critic. He has held editorial positions at publishing houses such as Cuadernos para el Diálogo, Alfaguara, Espasa Calpe, and Punto de Lectura, among others. An advisor to various institutions, including the Ministry of Culture and the Residencia de Estudiantes (Student Residence), he has taught literary editing in numerous university workshops and master's programs in publishing. He contributes to the cultural supplement Babelia and coordinates the cultural studies section of *Revista de Libros*. He has received the Biodiversity Award from the Madrid Publishers' Guild and the Atlàntida Award from the Catalan Publishers' Guild for best cultural columnist.
