Beef Nalli Pulao recipe Learn how to make easy & delicious nalli Pulao recipe. Here is a simple step by step complete recipe of the best beef nalli Pulao at home. This video is for a service size of 10 people, you can proportionately reduce/increase the quantities to your servings. Ingredients: Beef (Cubes) - 1.5 Kgs Beef Nalli - 10 pcs Basmati Rice - 1.5 Kgs Onion - 3 small Green chili - 5 pcs Ginger - 2 inches PC Garlic - 10 pcs Salt - To Taste Garam Masala - 1.5 tsp Fennel Seed - 2 TbSp Whole Coriander - 3 TbSp Cumin - 2tsp Pepper Corn - 1 tsp Cloves - 1 tsp Green Cardamom - 5 pcs Black Cardamom - 3 pcs Bay Leaves- 3 pcs Nutmeg Powder - 1/2 tsp Star Anise - 3 pcs Crushed Chili - 1 tsp Javitri (Mace) - 2 pcs Directions for stock (yakhni): 1. Add beef and bone marrow (nalli) in a pot with garlic, onion, green chilies, whole garam masala spices and salt 2. Add water, enough to cover the meat 3. Bring it to boil and let it cook on low heat until the meat is soft and tender (approximately 1.5 hours) 4. Separate the meat and bone marrow from the prepared stock and strain it. 5. Measure the stock and add water to match the quantity of the rice to cook (approximately 1.5-2 times the rice. Set aside. Directions for Pulao: 1. In a bowl wash the basmati rice let it soak for 20-25 minutes 2. In a pot heat oil, saute onion until golden brown. Add garam masala and saute for 1 minute. 3. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and cook for 2 more minutes. 4. Add boiled beef and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add beef stock and adjust salt. Then add the bone marrow. 6. Bring it to boil. Add soaked rice and boil until 80% water dries out. 7. Cover with lid and steam for 20 minutes. 9. Dish out the pulao and enjoy beef nali pulao #beefnallipulao #beefpulao #pulao
