What's going on in Sunderland?

Sunderland is currently undergoing massive regeneration. This week, work began on the new film studios in Pallion, which will eventually create thousands of new jobs across various sectors, while also bringing more construction work to the city in the coming years. What’s most exciting is how everything is coming together—new housing and offices will increase footfall, old buildings are being restored to make the city an attractive place to be again, and, most importantly, the community is coming together to make art, music, and countless other activities accessible to everyone in the city. I run Future Sunderland on my own, and while it takes up all my spare time and lots of energy, I absolutely love doing it. If you enjoy what I do, any support is greatly appreciated.
