Chair Cardio & Strength HIIT Workout for Seniors & Beginners
Join me for this fun challenging but achievable 30 minute chair HIIT workout. We will alternate cardio movements to increase our rate with strength intervals using hand weights. You will perform exercises for your entire body in a seated position. For reference, I'm using 5 pound dumbbells. Always begin with a lighter set of weights (or water bottles, soups cans) and increase the intensity as you grown stronger. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is great for burning calories and weight loss! Most importantly, you will feel great after this workout!
