From the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony's performance at Minato Mirai Hall, Yokohama, on their international tour to Japan on 6/3/26. This piece is something. Absolutely up there with my favorite pieces I have ever played. You have most likely never heard this piece before, and that is because it was commissioned for the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony four years ago when they went to Greece. I HIGHLY recommend watching a professional recording of the premiere of this piece,    • Natalia Hatz: ODYSSEY (2022) | Premiered b...   The piece depicts a journey- an odyssey- of a sailor. The swells in the harp and other strings at the beginning represent the waves of the sea, and the oboe solo represents the sailor.
