Making Motorcycle Cylinder Base Spacer
I make a motorcycle cylinder #basespacer made of aluminum to raise the deck height of my engine by 5mm. I need to do this because I am using a longer connecting rod. I use only simple easily available tools. Other reason you may need a cylinder spacer is if you increase the stroke of the engine or if trying to transplant a different cylinder from a donor engine.
