Spartacus Blood & Sand Full Circuit Workout | Full Follow Along This is a full body workout made famous by the Starz TV series Spartacus Blood & Sand. This is a free follow along full workout with a timer and instructions. You can do this wherever you have the space! You can complete this workout with 2 light dumbbells, Bodyweight or even with kettle bells. Full Workout is listed below. You will do 3 total sets. Each station is 1 minute of constant activity. Between stations you will get a 15 second break. After completing the full 10 stations, take a 2 minute break and repeat. Station 1. Goblet Squats Station 2. Mountain Climbers Station 3.
