I Brought in a Wushu Expert to Teach My Muay Thai Students This
I have watched the team at the National Martial Arts Academy do some extraordinary things from forms to lion dance demonstrations to Sanda competitions. They exhibit strong martial arts skills with a Wushu base under Sifu Silva. Master Silva is a friend of mine and has helped me previously with some stretches to help my kicks in Muay Thai and Kickboxing so I asked him to come and share some of the stretches he uses with with my students.
