Welcome to the 7th episode of our road trip – in a VW Multivan or eVan T4 – through sunny Spain! 🚐🇪🇸 Together, we'll cover over 800 km through the Andalusian coast, the Costa Blanca, the Valencian Community, the Aragonese mountains, and the Tabernas Desert, where Westerns were filmed in the 1960s. Today's route will provide us with a wealth of extreme emotions. We start in hot Almeria, the driest city in Europe, from where we head to the cowboy town of Fort Bravo in the desert, where Westerns were filmed – it felt like the real Wild West! 🤠🏜️ We return to the coast and spend the night wild in a parking lot by the wide sandy beach in Garrucha. In the morning, we visit one of the largest nudist beaches in Vera. Then we head to picturesque Altey near Alicante. Next, we head to Aragon to see one of Spain's most beautiful towns – Albarracín. It's there, while crossing the picturesque yet challenging mountains, that our eVan T4 makes it clear it's had enough... The engine is overheating! 🔥🛑 Forced to change our plans, we escape the mountain trails and return to the route towards Valencia, finally finding a safe overnight stay in Sagunto. How did we deal with the breakdown? Will the eV survive the rest of the journey?
