NATO alliance leaders joined together on the same stage to pose for a traditional "family photo" during the annual NATO heads of government summit at a golf resort near London on Wednesday. Leaders were welcomed with a performance from ceremonial drum corps and a bagpipe player, as they stood together ahead of the start of day two of formal talks. With U.S. President Donald Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron blowing hot and cold over NATO's role, the 29-member military alliance is looking for reinvigoration as it marks the 70th anniversary of its Cold War-era founding.
