Mother Encore - Act I & II | Low Level Challenge - 2nd Attempt

This is my second attempt at this Low Level challenge in Mother Encore. After finding out many issues present in my first attempt with the help from the community, I decided to attempt this challenge again, making sure to do things differently this time. For those wondering what this challenge is about, it answers the question of what the lowest level is at which you could finish the first two acts. This includes beating mandatory fights, and fleeing every optional enemy (including the Fish) along the way. The interesting thing about the Mother series is that money earned is tied to the number of enemies tamed, and with this challenge, it makes it so that I'd have to manage the amount of money I have for proper item, armor, and weapon usage. I figured a challenge like this would be different than those "No PSI, Items, Guarding, and Fleeing" videos since those mainly amounted to "A" button mashing and heavy grinding, hence why I allowed for items, armor, and weapons in this challenge.
