Sony SL3000 and TT3000 'portable' Betamax - check over
This one's a little bit different insofar as we're looking at an early 'portable' Betamax machine and companion tuner/ power unit from Sony; the SL3000 and the TT3000. These things are heavy and with a camera must have really been a challenge to use for any length of time. Also interesting the changes made to the deck due to it being a portable like the super quick stop is there's a tape issue and of course, something quite rare on Sony Beta machines, the dew sensor. There's also a different loading method and the reels are drive directly via a belt from the head motor.
