Last time I crashed. The golden mission "Aerial Construction" with the Erickson helicopter completely wrecked me. Today's the day for revenge. Thanks to your community tips, I'm starting a new attempt – and this time it goes perfectly at the beginning: ✔️ Clean takeoff ✔️ ​​Effortlessly picked up the top of the power pole ✔️ Smooth transport to the construction site But then comes the moment that makes this mission arguably the hardest task in all of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024: The assembly. Place the upper part of the power pole onto the lower section from the air with millimeter precision – using the sluggish, brutal Erickson. It's incredibly difficult. I should have crashed. It didn't look possible at all. And yet… I manage it. But was that even legal? In real life, I probably would have crashed – but somehow it works out okay in the simulator. In the end, I bring Erickson back safe and sound. The mission is a success. The final boss is defeated. Or is he…?
