If you would like to resize it, please see the free written pattern here: https://maisieandruth.com/corner-to-c... ==================== HOW THIS BLANKET IS WORKED: • The blanket is square. It is worked corner to corner (C2C). • There are two sections: Section one is worked in rows. You will work increases (at each row end) to grow the length and width of the blanket. At the end of this section, the blanket will be triangle-shaped. • Section two - decrease stitches will be worked (at each row end) in order to turn the blanket from a triangle in to a square. • If you are using a self-striping yarn cake, pull from the center of the ball. • Also, it’s advisable to weigh the yarn cake on some kitchen scales before starting. • I used 1 x 150g(3.5oz) ball of Sirdar Snuggly Pattercake self-striping yarn. If you also use this self-striping yarn, follow the instructions for section one and stop working the increase rows when either side of the blanket measures 21 inches(53cm) or you have used just under half the weight of your ball of yarn (when my blanket measured 21 inches, my yarn ball weighed about 77g(2.7 oz) on my kitchen scales). You will then start section two using the remaining half of your ball of yarn. ==================== MATERIALS USED (AFFILIATE LINKS): 🔹Yarn A (main blanket): I used a #3 light-worsted / DK / 8 ply yarn. 1 ball of Sirdar Snuggly Pattercake in the colour Sweet Dreams (754) https://www.woolwarehouse.co.uk/yarn/... 🔹Yarn B (border): I used 1 ball of Stylecraft Special DK in the colour white (1001) https://www.lovecrafts.com/en-us/p/st... 🔹Crochet hook: H (5mm) https://amzn.to/3DFvAvx 🔹Scissors https://amzn.to/3vn9Ori 🔹Yarn needle https://amzn.to/3fPZFhy 🔹 2 x stitch markers (optional) https://amzn.to/2Y8yqoC ==================== 💖 FOR MORE FREE WRITTEN PATTERNS & CROCHET TUTORIALS VISIT MY BLOG https://maisieandruth.com/ 💖 CONNECT WITH ME!
