F.A.Q. n°4 Vos questions, mes réponses - Je disque je veux

Today's questions: Have you heard of the Sony PS-HX500 HD turntable? Do you like 90s Eurodance? If so, what are the three records you listen to most often? Do you like record fairs? What musical style dominates your collection? Have you ever heard of the WAXWORK RECORDS label, which releases many soundtracks in very limited pressings? Bruce Springsteen or Bob Dylan? Which artist (or group) do you think pays particular attention to the design of their album covers? Is it true that all picture discs have lower sound quality? What do you think of colored vinyl? Do you have an opinion on picture discs? Do you prefer to listen to your vinyl records with the lid open or closed? (If your turntable has a lid). - Are new albums worth anything (Lana Del Rey, or Julien Doré in France, for example)? Basically, vinyl records from the last five years... A CD costs €7, but the same one on vinyl costs €28! Is there a reason for such a price difference? Or is it just to capitalize on the vinyl revival? Do you like disco music? If so, do you have any artists to recommend? Are you familiar with Jean-Yves Ragot? Do you own all of Claude François' 45 rpm records? Do you buy bootlegs of Michael Jackson, Nirvana, Daft Punk, Prince, and Madonna? Can you buy the complete 45 rpm and 78 rpm discography of French artists? Do you have any postcard vinyl records in your collection? I bought a 1972 French pressing of Hendrix in the West from Discogs (Barclay label). The sleeve says "Little Wings" at 8:57, but the vinyl record itself says 3:12. Are you aware of this printing error, or have I been ripped off? I wanted your opinion on the Audio-Technica ATLP-120, and I wanted to know if you regret selling or losing any records. Are there any risks of the record warping or the sleeve curling if you take them out of their plastic sleeves in the heat and then the temperature changes once they're put away? I have several records that, when they reach the end of their run, don't stop automatically and keep spinning. I have to stop them myself. Is this a problem with the turntable or the record? Do you have any tips?
