GDL: "HEM OSEM"

In the 12th parliament's 1st session 3rd meeting in the Motion to thank H.E the Governor General of Solomon Islands David Tiva Kapu for delivering the speech from the throne, MP for East Honiara Gordon Darcy Lilo or GDL in short gave a captivating and compelling debate in parliament directly instructing the GNUT to take note of some of his points. In response to the prime minister's earlier speech to move the motion where he centered on two themes of unity and transformation, GDL debated that real transformation must happen to move the country forward with his trademark catchphrase "hem osem". GDL touched on the fisheries sector saying real transformation needs to happen and it [ fisheries sector] has the potential to move the country forward.
