LASAGNA SOUP 1 lb ground beef or italian sausage 1 cup of heavy cream 2 cups of water boullion seasoning (chicken or beef) 2 jars of spaghetti sauce 1 cup of frozen chopped up spinach 1 can of diced tomatoes RED BEANS AND RICE 1 lb red kidney beans 32 oz chicken stock your choice of seasonings rice made to your liking 1 lb link sausage 1 onion cut up -cook beans on low for 8 hours in the crockpot SAUSAGE STIR FRY 1 lb link sausage 1 cup frozen or canned corn 1 cup of frozen of canned green beans 3-4 potatoes cut up olive oil and seasonings of your choice -cook on low for 6 hours in the crockpot POOR MAN'S MEAL 2 lbs ground beef 2 cups of cooked rice 2 cans of chili beans CHICKEN CASSEROLE 1 lb chicken 2 packages of chicken seasoned rice 2 cans of cream of chicken 1 cup of water shredded cheese for topping cook at 400 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done
