Wein und Met selbstgemacht: Von der Ernte, das Zerkleinern und Pressen bis zur Gärung und Abfüllung.

In this video, after a short garden tour, you'll learn about wine and mead production in 2018 with detailed instructions. Of course, you need a few special tools to make wine and mead, but it's not rocket science. You'll find various ways to produce delicious wine using different materials in this video. Many pharmacies offer yeast and other fermentation equipment. With a decent juice from the supermarket, anyone can conjure up a delicious wine, even without a fruit mill or fruit puree. This also works in winter, of course. If you add a little honey and maybe even Christmas spices, you have a great mulled wine substitute for the cold season. In my opinion, a decent heated mead tastes at least as good as traditional mulled wine.
