This spring, the flowers arrived later than last year. I used to fret, wondering why they weren't blooming? When would they bloom? But now I've let go of that impatience. Everything has its time, and if you just wait, they'll bloom in their own time. Almost without fail, they've done so. Late-blooming ones tend to stay a little longer, so there's no need to feel resentful. ^^ Last fall, I ambitiously planted 220 bulbs in a large planter box, and thanks to that, I had a dreamlike April. This kind of happiness is a different kind of happiness—a comfort, solace, healing, and healing that can't be found in people. It was such a beautiful and lovely April, and I think it was a great blessing from gardening. April flew by in a spring feast with 23 varieties of tulips, three varieties of chamaecyparis, hyacinths, alliums, and native tulips. I'd like to share it with you in a video.
