Poudre de citron (100% fruit)

Hey foodies! Have you ever made lemon powder? After the huge success of my orange powder (recipe here:    • Poudre d'orange (100% fruit)  , I'm introducing a tangy condiment that will revolutionize your baking and cooking! What can you use lemon powder for? 1. I use it instead of zest in my cake batters, pancakes, mousses, ice cream, and creams. 2. I sprinkle it on my sweet and savory toast. 3. I add it to my yogurt or porridge/chia pudding. 4. I add it to my savory dishes and sauces! In short, the uses are endless, and I'm sure you'll come up with plenty of creative ideas for using it! And the best part is that the powder keeps indefinitely, just like ground cinnamon or ginger! For a jar like the one in the video, you'll need the peels of 8 lemons, preferably organic, well washed, then dried in the oven at 100°C (212°F) with the fan on for 2 hours. Next, grind the crunchy peels with a spice/coffee grinder and store in an airtight jar.
