Education Plenary Session at the One Young World Summit 2015

Only education can close the gender gap. The Environment Plenary Session at the One Young World Summit 2015 Bangkok focused on the importance of education for closing the gender gap. Fatima Bhutto, Author & Activist, spoke about the education crisis resulting from the refugee crisis in Syria. She called the delegation to act on behalf of the 1 in 10 Syrian children who work instead of going to school.
