The $1,000 Mini Finally Started... But Then THIS Happened

After months of replacing parts, rebuilding the engine, and wondering if this Facebook Marketplace gamble would ever run again... it finally happened. The $1,000 2009 Mini Cooper S started for the very first time. For a moment, everything looked like it was going perfectly... until a red warning light showed up after the engine warmed up. In this episode I finally hear the engine run after the head gasket job, timing work, intake installation, turbo setup, cooling system repairs, and countless hours spent bringing this Mini back to life. This project has definitely fought me every step of the way, but hearing it run made all the late nights worth it. If you've been following the series, thank you for sticking around. The next episode is going to focus on tracking down the oil pressure issue and getting this Mini back on the road.
