Sony TCM-600 Walkman Pressman recorder /TPS-L2

The pre-Walkman, if you will, this Pressman mono recorder was used as the basis for the legendary TPS-L2. The TCM-600 (also available in black as the 600B) seems nearly identical to the TCM-100 / 100B. The later BM-12 dictation recorder used the same chassis, and the WM-D6 and WM-D6C used a similar design, too. Here, I go over some of the quirks of changing the belts on a 600 versus its siblings.
