After one of the warmest winters on record, I finally found snow in the mountains — but things didn’t exactly go the way I expected. In this video, I explore winter in Greer, check out the local ski resort, hike snowy trails, and try to make the most of a snow day that didn’t quite deliver the adventure I had planned. When the resort had nothing open except skiing and snowboarding (which I’ve never done), I had to pivot and find something else to do. From building a snowman in the forest to ending the day in a cozy cabin, this turned into something completely different — and honestly, better than I expected.
