Jersey Dairy is a farmer owned co-operative and has a rich history and strong provenance. The Island of Jersey is the original home of the Jersey cow, famous throughout the world for the quality of its milk. The island has a temperate climate, ideal for agricultural produce and dairy farming. All our products are made with milk sourced exclusively from pedigree Jersey cows who have access to the open air throughout the year and spend most of the late Spring, Summer and early Autumn months at pasture. It is this access to fresh grass and sea air that produces the distinctive and unique Jersey Milk that is renowned for its quality and nutritional goodness.
