Crown Point Class 90's and the Norwich Loco-Hauled sets- October/November 2014

With the withdrawal of the Norwich Crown Point based Class 90's and Mark 3 sets by Greater Anglia, I figured it was time to take a look back at some of the loco-hauled action I captured on the Great Eastern Main Line during my stay in England back in 2014. I was able to get all but one of GA's fifteen strong Crown Point based allocation of 90's in action on my days standing on the platforms of either Colchester or Ipswich, with the one loco missed (90005) being seen on the blocks in London. This video features a couple of clips of each loco performing their usual duties running the Intercity service between London Liverpool St. and Norwich and showcases a variety of liveries including ONE, NXEA and Abellio Greater Anglia, as well as 90009's Union Jack flag applied for the Diamond Jubilee a couple of years prior. After withdrawal from GA service, the fleet is Crewe bound to be split with 90001 & 90002 heading for Locomotive Services Limited (LSL) and 90003-90015 destined for Freightliner to join their existing fleet of 90's on intermodal work. Please note that while this video was edited in 4K (2160p) resolution, the original footage was shot in 1080p HD quality.
