The good news is the capacity came in at 327Ah, about 4% over rated. The bad news is the balancer only works when a charger is actively connected, which makes it nearly impossible to resolve cell imbalance in practice. I reached out to the company and they confirmed the problem. The high temp MOSFET disconnect is also a problem.
