Bulking Meal Prep | Bodybuilding Meals

Today I'm taking you guys along with me to meal prepping about a weeks worth of food. This is a super easy and pragmatic way to go about setting up your meals whether you are bulking or cutting. Obviously your caloric intake and macronutrient needs will be different than mine but this should give you a good Idea of how to go about doing it. Currently I'm eating around 3600 calories, 270g of protein, 405g of carbs and 100g of fat.
