Cachitos venezolanos

Delicious little milk rolls, usually filled with ham, but this time I've filled them with ham and cheese. INGREDIENTS: (16 rolls) For the dough: 3/4 cup (190ml) warm milk 1/4 cup (60ml) warm water 1/2 cup (100g) sugar 1 packet (7g) active dry yeast or 21 grams of fresh yeast 4 cups (560g) strong bread flour 1 tsp salt 2 eggs (room temperature) 6 tbsp (90g) unsalted butter (room temperature) Filling: Ham and cheese to taste, 4 tablespoons of filling per roll. In my case, I used approximately 1 kg of filling ingredients.
