Ideally considered as part of the breakfast, parathas are something that can be eaten all day without getting tired . Parathas are generally stuffed and you can use any vegetable for stuffing. This is the recipe for one of the popular parathas - Aloo Paratha, in which the main ingredient is aloo or potato.
