The electrified SUV pays homage to Terramar, the historic racing circuit where the brand was born. The CUPRA Terramar adopts the brand's new design language, with a bold and confident appearance. The interior reinterprets sportiness with a driver-oriented cockpit in which the design of the central console stands out. It also focuses on sustainability with Bucket seats that can be covered in their central sections with fabric created from 100% recycled SEAQUAL YARN, Dinamica with 73% recycled polyester, or leather that uses a plant-based tanning process. Digitalisation focuses on the driver. A new Human Machine Interface (HMI) is now part of the Digital Cockpit instrumentation behind the steering wheel, while the infotainment system integrates a 12.9-inch screen with a backlit slider. CUPRA continues its collaboration with the audio experts at Sennheiser Mobility, integrating a high-fidelity sound system with 12 speakers that immerses the listener in the pure and characteristic Sennheiser sound experience.” The CUPRA Terramar is available with five propulsion options, which encompass three different technologies: TSI (petrol), eTSI (mild hybrid) and the new generation of plug-in hybrid technology (e-HYBRID), with power outputs from 150 hp to 272 hp. The new generation plug-in hybrid engines (e-HYBRID) offer Zero Emissions label, up to 272 hp (200 kW), more than 100 km of fully electric range and are compatible with fast charging (up to 50 kW DC). Driving dynamics benefit from the standard sports suspension, progressive steering, new adaptive chassis control and Akebono brakes. CUPRA joins the America’s Cup under the motto “there is no second” and launches the limited edition “Terramar America’s Cup”, which has a unique design and of which only 1,337 units will be manufactured. The new CUPRA Terramar is designed and developed in Barcelona, ​​and is produced at the Audi plant in Györ (Hungary). With the arrival of the Terramar, CUPRA offers a very complete product range. It is a vehicle that stands out from the crowd with its distinctive style. Sporty proportions give the CUPRA Terramar its drive, with dimensions that make it stand out: it measures 1,584 mm high, 1,863 mm wide, 4,519 mm long and has a wheelbase of 2,681 mm.” From the front view, the CUPRA Terramar presents a strong image, characterised by the shark nose. The new SUV adopts the brand's lighting signature with three triangles (it features the CUPRA Matrix LED Ultra system with high-definition technology), which positions it as a high-end vehicle. The CUPRA logo is framed by two lines that add dynamism to the surfaces of the long bonnet and emphasise the proportions of the vehicle. The exterior design of the front end is accentuated where the grille gives way to the performance-oriented lower air intake, in a clear nod to sportiness. The sporty proportions continue on the side of the Terramar, with flowing lines that move from the front to the sides to enhance the sporty feel of the SUV. The wheels, which are available in 18”, 19” and 20”, also enhance the image of the car.
