Outside the "Le Tropicana" nightclub on the 9th August 1955, Jacques Chabannes welcomes the promoter Marcel Romano then the American saxophonist Don Byas, shirtless, fishing rod in hand, returning from a sea trip. In the Tropicana room, Don Byas and his band perform "Tea for two".
