I have been overweight my whole life and lately, I developped some symptoms of insulin resistance. This year, I decided to take back my health, stop trying all sorts of temporary diets that never worked for me and start a new lifestyle while still cooking the SAD (Standard American diet) for my family. My new lifestyle is the carnivore/ketovore life style. I found that my body doesn’t do and never did well on carbs. I am basically allergic to them.
