In today’s video I go through the 4 stages you go through learning how to drive the truck. I have taught people to operate trucks as a Truck Operator, Bogger Operator and Shift Boss and will give you my prospective about what happen in the different jobs at the different stages • Stage 1 (1.21) Onboarding with Safety and Training • Stage 2 (2.10) Buddy on the job training • Stage 3 (6.18) Getting your ticket and pushed out on your own • Stage 4 (8.35) Sink or Swim you don’t have long to get it together • Video of truck being loaded, putting it all together (10.10) The more you know about how the industry works, the easier it is to get a job.
